◆QuotingAI vs Estimator360
Unlimited Users At One Flat Price. No AI Anywhere On The Site.
Estimator360 charges one rate per location and lets you add as many estimators as you like — a genuinely good deal at eight seats. Across all eleven of their public pages there is not one claim of AI, machine learning or automated drafting.
Estimator360 figures verified July 25, 2026 · Every price on this page is cited and dated
The Short Answer
Estimator360 is a full construction management system — CRM, digital takeoff, estimates, proposals, scheduling, change orders, purchase orders, invoicing and QuickBooks Online — at a flat rate per location with unlimited users. If you run eight estimators out of one office, or you build modular, or you're a lumberyard, it is a serious and well-priced option and this page will not pretend otherwise. What it does not publish is any AI capability, any Canadian pricing, and any GST or PST handling; it bills in U.S. dollars under Minnesota law, and you cannot buy it without booking a demo. QuotingAI does one thing — turn a spoken job description into a signed, deposit-paid quote in Canadian dollars — and you can start it tonight.
Estimator360 is a construction management suite with estimating built in (estimator360.com). QuotingAI does one job end to end: describe a job, get a priced itemized quote, send a branded proposal, collect an e-signature and a deposit.

What Estimator360 Actually Costs
Every figure below is quoted from a page we read on July 25, 2026. Where Estimator360 does not publish a number, this table says so instead of guessing.
Read this first: Two things to know before you read these numbers. First, currency: the pricing page shows a bare dollar sign, and the USD designation comes from their Terms of Service — “You will be billed in U.S. dollars and subject to U.S. payment terms” — not from the pricing page itself. Second, and more important: several software directories publish a completely different, per-estimator price for Estimator360. Those figures appear nowhere on the vendor's site and describe a charging model their own FAQ disclaims. The figures below were read off estimator360.com/pricing on July 25, 2026, and confirmed against the raw HTML of that page. Separately, a “$600 Off Annual” graphic on the pricing page and a “$400 off Annual Plan” lumberyard offer are two different mechanics on two different pages — they don't stack.
| Estimator360 plan | Price | Billing basis | Users included | Each extra user |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Contractors & Lumberyards | $250 / month / location[1]$200 / month / location billed annually | Per month, per location — monthly or annual. Clients, suppliers and subcontractors are free and unlimited too |
| Modular Builders | $350 / month / location[1]$300 / month / location billed annually | Per month, per location — monthly or annual. USD per their Terms of Service. | Unlimited Users Included[1] | $0[1]Same unlimited-user terms as the other tier |

The Arithmetic
What Happens When You Hire
Estimator360 priced at three crew sizes, using only figures Estimator360 publishes — against QuotingAI Crew at $132/mo flat.
| Estimators | Estimator360 — Contractors & Lumberyards — one flat rate at every headcount | How that's worked out | QuotingAI Crew |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $200/moon Contractors & Lumberyards | US$200 / month / location billed annually, or US$250 month-to-month. A solo operator pays exactly what an eight-person shop pays. | $132/mo |
| 3 | $200/moon Contractors & Lumberyards | US$200 / month / location. Unchanged — their plan includes “Unlimited Estimators and unlimited Team Member accounts”, so adding two people costs nothing. No seat charge exists to add. | $132/mo |
| 8 | $200/moon Contractors & Lumberyards | US$200 / month / location. Still unchanged. Eight estimators for one flat fee is the best per-estimator number on this page, and it's theirs. | $132/mo |
Where this comparison is and isn't fair: Both companies charge flat, so nobody here is running a per-seat meter on you. Two honest caveats on the table above. Their figures are U.S. dollars and ours are Canadian, and we won't convert them, because publishing an exchange rate we made up is the same sin as publishing a price we made up — US$200 is meaningfully more than CAD$200, so treat their column as the floor. And their scaling variable is locations, not people: two yards or two offices is two subscriptions, where QuotingAI counts users regardless of where they stand. At one estimator in one location we are cheaper. At eight in one location they are cheaper, clearly, and that is a legitimate reason to buy from them.
Feature By Feature
QuotingAI vs Estimator360, Row By Row
Where we couldn't confirm a Estimator360capability from their own documentation, the row says “Not publicly listed” rather than scoring it against them.
| Capability | QuotingAI | Estimator360 |
|---|---|---|
| AI drafts the quote from a plain-language job descriptionWe checked all eleven of their public pages for artificial intelligence, machine learning, AI-powered, AI-driven, AI-generated and AI assistant. Zero hits. The closest published language is on their estimates page — the system “will remember your preferred Assemblies and continue to learn and scale with you” — which is saved preferences, not drafting. Their documentation is behind a login, so what we can tell you is that they publish no AI capability, not that none exists. | Yes | No[4] |
| Prebuilt regional cost databaseNeither of us publishes regional cost data. Estimator360 ships 70+ project templates and prebuilt assemblies drawn from “over 22 years of construction experience”, which is a real head start on structure — but it isn't priced to your city. QuotingAI prices from the pricebook you build, at the rates you actually pay. | Not publicly listed | Not publicly listed |
| On-screen takeoff feeding the estimateA genuine strength of theirs and we don't have it. Define the work area, take measurements, add counts, and the quantities flow into the estimate. Supplier bids flow in the same way. If you quote from plans, that matters. | No | Yes[5] |
| Itemized line-item quotingAssemblies, a detailed materials list, and an option to show only the items you actually use. | Yes | Yes[4] |
| Branded proposal documentOne click from a finished estimate to a proposal, under a section they title “Elevate Your Brand”. | Yes | Yes[6] |
| Client e-signature on the quoteThey match us here, and they publish an audit trail of views and signatures on client communications. | Yes | Yes[6] |
| Deposit collected at signature“Get Paid Online — make it easier for your customers to pay you” is the entire published claim, and no payment processor is named anywhere on their site. The words deposit, down payment and progress payment don't appear. We can't tell you they take a deposit at signature and we can't tell you they don't. QuotingAI captures a Stripe deposit at the moment the client signs. | Yes | Not publicly listed[7] |
| Full invoicingApproved costs and change orders compile into an invoice, with overdue tracking and reminders, plus a QuickBooks Online export. QuotingAI stops at the signed deposit on purpose — invoicing and books stay in your accounting software. | No | Yes[7] |
| Scheduling and dispatchSigned projects push straight onto a company calendar, with crew assignment, milestones and special-order reminders. We don't do this and don't intend to; keep your own scheduler. | No | Yes[8] |
| Native mobile appThey beat us on this row. Estimator360 ships real native apps on iOS and Android, both updated in June 2026. QuotingAI is a PWA — it installs to your home screen and works offline, but it is not a store-listed native app. | Yes | Yes[14] |
| GST / PST / HST handling by provinceThere is no mention of GST, PST or HST anywhere on their public site, and no sales-tax configuration claim at all — but their knowledge base is behind an Auth0 login, so we could not inspect the tax settings. Absence of marketing is not proof of absence of feature. We could not confirm this either way, and we're not going to guess. | Yes | Not publicly listed |
| Prices and bills in Canadian dollarsTheir Terms are explicit: “You will be billed in U.S. dollars and subject to U.S. payment terms.” No CAD pricing is published anywhere, and the agreement is governed by Minnesota law with arbitration seated there. | Yes | No[3] |
| Buy it without booking a demoThe 21-day trial is published and their Terms describe a signup flow, but every button on the pricing page says “Schedule a demo” and we found no public self-serve signup URL. Their app sits behind Auth0 and returns a page for every path, so probing proves nothing. Call it demo-gated in practice, not impossible. | Yes | Not publicly listed |
Straight Talk
Who Should Actually Pick Which
Pick Estimator360 If…
You run several estimators out of one location
This is their single strongest argument and it is published, not inferred. Unlimited Estimators and unlimited Team Members on a flat US$200–$250 per month per location. At eight people that is cheaper per estimator than anything else on this page, including us. Nobody gets charged for hiring, nothing is locked behind an upgrade tier, and their FAQ frames it exactly that way: you are not penalized for growing. If headcount economics decides this for you, buy Estimator360.
You build modular
Estimator360 ships a dedicated Modular Builders price tier, a modular builders page, and its own modular demo funnel. Almost nobody else in this category segments for modular construction at all. If your work is panelized or factory-built, you are being sold to specifically rather than being asked to bend a stick-build tool into shape.
You're a lumberyard quoting for builders
Lumberyards are a first-class segment for them — named in the tier itself, with their own landing page, their own demo funnel, and a standing $400 off an annual plan. Supplier bidding flows directly into estimates, which is the exact workflow a yard lives in. This is a genuinely underserved niche and they serve it deliberately.
You want takeoff, estimating and the rest of the job in one system
CRM, digital takeoff, estimates, supplier bidding, proposals and contracts with e-signature, scheduling, change orders, crew time logging, purchase orders, invoicing, and a push to QuickBooks Online — one flat price, no feature gates. If you're replacing four subscriptions rather than adding a sharp quoting layer to a stack you like, that consolidation is worth real money and we can't match it. QuotingAI is deliberately one link in that chain.
Pick QuotingAI If…
You want to talk the quote out, not build it
Say “two hundred feet of six-foot cedar fence, one gate, post holes through clay” and QuotingAI drafts the itemized quote from your pricebook. Estimator360 publishes no AI capability of any kind — not on their homepage, not on any of their nine feature pages, not on their pricing page. Their fast path is templates and assemblies, which still means you picking and adjusting line items.
You quote in Canada and need the tax line to be right
QuotingAI bills in Canadian dollars and applies GST, PST or HST by province on the line where it belongs. Estimator360 bills in U.S. dollars under Minnesota law, publishes no Canadian pricing, and documents no provincial tax handling publicly. Their knowledge base is login-gated so we can't call it a missing feature — but you'd be buying it without being able to check first.
You're one or two estimators, not eight
Their flat rate cuts both ways. A single operator pays the same as a full shop, which makes Estimator360 the most expensive option on this page at one seat and the cheapest at eight. QuotingAI Solo is $55 a month in Canadian dollars for the owner-operator quoting every job themselves. Pay for the crew you have.
You want to be quoting tonight
Start a 14-day QuotingAI trial with a card and you're building your pricebook the same evening. Every purchase path Estimator360 publishes runs through “Schedule a demo” — the 21-day trial is real and card-or-PO gated, but we could not find a way to reach it without booking a call first.
Questions
Switching From Estimator360
What does Estimator360 actually cost?+
Two published tiers, both flat per business location with unlimited users. Contractors & Lumberyards is $250 per month per location, or $200 per month per location billed annually. Modular Builders is $350 per month per location, or $300 billed annually. Currency is U.S. dollars — that comes from their Terms of Service, not the pricing page, which shows a bare dollar sign. Be careful what you read elsewhere: several software directories and search snippets list Estimator360 at a base rate plus a fee for each additional estimator. Those figures appear nowhere on estimator360.com, and the vendor's own FAQ disclaims the model outright — “our simple plan allows for unlimited Estimators and unlimited Team Member accounts.” At least one of those directory listings has a most-recent review dated 2018. We read the live pricing page, and the raw HTML behind it, on July 25, 2026.
Does Estimator360 have AI?+
They publish none. We searched every one of their eleven public pages — homepage, pricing, and all nine feature pages — for artificial intelligence, machine learning, AI-powered, AI-driven, AI-generated and AI assistant, and got zero hits. The nearest thing is their estimates page saying the system remembers your preferred assemblies, which is stored preferences. Their product documentation sits behind a customer login, so the honest statement is that Estimator360 publishes no AI capability of any kind, not that the product contains none. For a company that ships mobile updates as recently as June 2026, that silence is a positioning choice: they're selling a complete management system, not a drafting assistant.
Can I use Estimator360 in Canada?+
We could not confirm it either way, and we'd rather say that than guess. There is no mention of Canada, GST, PST or HST anywhere on their public site; billing is in U.S. dollars, and the agreement is governed by Minnesota law with arbitration seated in Minnesota. Nothing there blocks a Canadian buyer — but nothing is marketed to one either, and the knowledge base that would document tax configuration is behind a login we don't have. If provincial tax handling is a requirement, ask them directly on the demo call and get the answer in writing before you sign.
Is Estimator360 cheaper than QuotingAI?+
It depends entirely on your headcount, and above about five estimators the answer is yes. Their price does not move between one user and eight — one flat rate per location, unlimited users. So at one estimator, QuotingAI Solo at $55 CAD is far cheaper than their per-location rate. At five, QuotingAI Crew at $132 CAD is still cheaper. At eight or more in a single location, Estimator360 is the better buy on price and we're not going to torture the arithmetic to say otherwise. Where it flips back is multiple locations: they charge per location, we charge per user wherever those users are. Price isn't the argument on this page — AI drafting, Canadian dollars and provincial tax are.
How current is this comparison?+
Every Estimator360 figure here was read off their own pages on July 25, 2026, and each one links to the page it came from. Their pricing page was last modified February 21, 2026, and their iOS and Android apps were both updated in June 2026 — this is an actively developed product, so treat these figures as a snapshot and confirm on their pricing page before you buy. Given how much wrong pricing for this vendor is circulating on third-party sites, we'd rather be corrected than stale: if something here is out of date or inaccurate, email hello@quotingai.ca and we'll fix it and re-date the page.
