What We Collect

Account details (name, email, company, trade), the quotes and pricebook data you create, your clients' contact details as you enter them, and standard technical data (IP address, device) needed to run the service and record signature audit trails.

How We Use It

To operate QuotingAI: generate quotes, send proposals, capture signatures and deposits, provide support, and improve the product. Job descriptions you submit are sent to our AI provider solely to draft your quote.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, AI, email, payments) and where required by law.

Your Choices

You can access, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your quotes and pricebook, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
