Do I get charged per estimator?+
Never. QuotingAI is flat-rate. Solo covers one user, Crew covers up to five, Shop covers up to fifteen — for one monthly price. No per-seat licensing, no per-report fees, no annual seat audit.
Is the e-signature legally binding?+
Your client signs with a drawn signature and typed name, and we capture their IP address, device, and a timestamp as an audit trail — the same electronic-signature approach used across the trades. For regulated, high-value contracts you can still route to a dedicated e-sign provider.
How do deposits work?+
You set a deposit percentage on the quote. When the client signs, they pay that deposit through Stripe on the same screen. The money lands in your Stripe account and you're notified instantly.
